There are now many types of materials that may be used for flat panel signage. From economic materials such as Foamex, PVC Rigid sheet to Acrylics and the latest aluminium composite materials. Low maintenance rot free, rust proof and weatherproof all which come in various colours and finishes, from flat colours to specialist metal effects and machined looks.
We also have facilities to get most materials colour finished to either a RAL or matching Pantone colour. We can even coat a panel with any background or graphic fill to give your signage its own individual look.

Signtrays (also known as Pantrays) are a modern and good looking system. A tray construction with the opening against your building. We install these systems via hidden fixings so all that is seen is the signage itself. This system is made from aluminium sheet which is folded, welded and powder coated to a colour of your choice, an ecomonical alternative is available using coloured aluminium composite sheet which is folded and rivetted.
These systems are low maintenance and rot free, rust proof and weatherproof. The system can have 50 - 100mm returns (the depth at which the tray protrudes from its backing), this shaped tray systems can also be produced, we even produce a system that fits on the corner of a building which allows the one sign to be viewed from multi-directions.

These systems are often used for very large signage requirements, where extremely long signs with no visual panel joins are required, when a need to cover ghosts of previous signs caused by weather fade or damage or when a very large full colour digital image is to be displayed. Flex face systems can also be internally illuminated if required.
Flex faces are a very large sheet similar to a specialist banner which is systematically tensioned all the way around an aluminium box system, creating a rigid flat faced look.

Various sheet material can be suspended in an aluminium frame system, frames can be in a natural mill or anodised finish or can be powder coated. This type of system is usually used for small to medium signs and are not now as popular as a lot better systems are now on the market

Snap Frames
These are usually made from aluminium and are a point of sale or short term system. Snap frames can be used internally or externally but the two do differ as do the posters which are inserted in to the system. Installation of the poster is very easy and they do allow clients to change advertising themselves.

We produce many types of lettering, logo’s and digital images, using various techniques during fabrication of signage.
The materials we use range from self adhesive vinyls, plastics, composites and metals. Clients may choose flat self adhesive vinyls, individual plastic, acrylic or metal lettering and logo’s mounted to your choice of panel system or direct to your building. Individual lettering may be mounted via nylon ‘stand away’ locators to give a shadowed 3D look, Metal and 3D built up lettering and logo’s can be stud or brass locator mounted.
